This is a copyright question for anyone who may answer this...

I am making a new map, no this has nothing to do with worldbuilder at all. I was wondering exactly what we can and cannot name our maps as far as copyrighted names go. I was really wanting to name one of my new maps "Pathfinder", hence it is mars based. But isn't that copyrighted? Or does it not apply to something another person creates? I am really confused on whether or not I can legally do this? If not, then it is cool, I will simply find another name for it...

If so.....well......

Pathfinder is eligable for use - so long as you are not trying to imply you are anything to do with the Pathfinder mission in anyway. It's like me calling a map Jacobs - I'm nothing to do with a particular brand of cream crackers.
