So, to those who have had the opportunity to test SW:TOR in the regular and/or weekend beta...

What's your favourite class thus far? I for one have had the opportunity to enter the beta only last weekend unfortunately, so haven't been able to experience much more beside the Sith Inquisitor and Jedi Sage (specifically the Telekinesis & Seer specializations).

However, on the bright side, I thought the Jedi Sage's quest lines were very enjoyable and pretty much took up most of my time. I ended up doing some fun group quests and instances as both a healer and DPS. Must say I've had more fun as the latter than former though, unlike usual. That was probably the case because I was the cause of several wipes in the Esseles (@ Ironfist).

So yes, my vote is definitely the Jedi Sage.

I too have to vote for the Jedi Sage. Although, my reasoning is that it is what matches the closest to my real personality. :nodding: During my Beta testing (when my computer let me), I got sidetracked, and ended up getting lost in Tython's natural world. That said, I did not get much of a chance to explore the Sage's abilities. :clueless:

Bounty hunter for me, no contest. Of the four gun-classes (I just can't seem to get into the Jedi ones) the BH really grabbed me. Fun skills, fun story, fun dialogue, STEVE FUCKING BLUM (yeah baby 8D). I've had a fabulous time playing it.

You've pretty much everything to guide you, such as a map with the very coordinates. ;)

How come you can't get into the Jedi classes? Surely they're fun.

I've seen some videos of the gunnery classes though, and must say it's pretty attractive. Might go for a non-FS class upon release and replay the Consular some time later.

A map? is that the little box in the corner with the squiggly lines, the dots, and the pretty colors? And all this time, I thought that it was just an annoying little glitch in the game engine! So THAT is why it NEVER leaves me alone! :giggle: In any case, I truly do like to enveloup myself in nature, and just let nature guide me. It is rare to find a game that actually puts any real thought into nature, much less, lets me get lost in it. :clueless:

I, for one, like to enjoy the environment as much as you do. That doesn't mean that one should play the entire game without usage of a map, though. ;)

So far, I've only made a Jedi Guardian and Sith Warrior. Since they're basically the same class...they're my favorites thus far. I'm really itching to start a Consular and Inquisitor, though.

I'll retract my previous statement in regards to the Jedi Sage. Whilst it was definitely an enjoyable experience, I don't think it's such more than the Inquisitor. Sure, I'm only level 16 thus far with my Inquisitor, but the class storyline is so much more fun, IMHO.

Not saying that the Sage's class storyline was bad or anything. It just wasn't as good as the Inquisitor.

Also, the voice actor of the male Sith Pureblood is awesome!
