Has this happened to anyone else? Today marks the end of my free month, but I should have another two months ready to go; I checked my subscription status and it says it failed today. Does anyone know what to do here?

I'd check the SWTOR official forums, but they're a mess and my post would get buried within the hour.

Well, billing would definitely fall under a Customer Service realm, I would imagine. And from what I hear, they're pretty keen on getting info from there to whomever needs it to get the situation corrected.

Just sayin.
