#1 When you see a ammo pack or a lt is droping ammo in front of you,and you are a lt or solider with something other then a mauser, jump over them so that medic who needs it more can take them.
#2 If a medic is comeing to heal you, move your mouse in a circular motion so you can see whats around you and warn him of any dangers in the room,or if your beening 'naded.
#3 When you see that medic with his syergine out running around? Try to locate the dead guy quickly and run up beside him, sparying the area beyond/around the dead guy to give him cover.
#4 When you are healed, YOU ARE INVICIBLE FOR ABOUT FOUR seconds.During this TIME YOU CAN ASLO FIRE AS *SOON* as you are healed(After the animtation). Start fireig as you stand towards the enemy,or out into the open in hopes of a shot. You can fire during the time you are laying/and while your standing. This is good to cover your medic back to safety nice and tight.
#5 Your feindly neighbour hood medic wants to stay alive as long as you do. Don't give them ammo in the open. Communicate that once your in cover you will drop ammo. Most medics like to drop health in cover,so follow them to drop the ammo.
Agreed, but one thing, durring the animation when you are revived, you can still reload (usually this is needed anyways) DO IT
I was thinking more of fireing at whoever was fireing at the medic who healed you,but that'd work to.
I was referring to that time when you are revived, but can't yet fire. It always helps to reload. Unless of course g_fastres is on. Then life is great.
Yep, you can't beat a good medic to keep the team strong. Definitely give them plenty of ammo, thank them, and appreciate them risking their cyber-asses when they run into a fire-fight reviving everyone. The team as a whole greatly benefits from a good medic. I suck as one, but I do have a lot of respect for them.
A couple months ago, I was determined to be a decent medic. I forced myself to pick medic and started doing pretty well. It's amazing how much better the team can do having a few medics running around. (and how badly you can get pounded if you don't GIB the enemy and let their medics revive them! ) Now that I know what it is like to be a medic, you can believe me, that when I am a leutenant, the first ones who get ammo IS the medics! They are good to have around!! I make sure they are fully stocked with ammo. (something I wish the Leuts would do with I AM a medic!)
I appreciate people like you who understand medics. i am almost always a medic and some people am just impossible to help....i hope that everyone who reads you message will put it to good use and make it a little easier for us medics. Ill keep an eye out for you in a game..:D :cya:

I usually play as a Medic and I can't tell you how many stages have been won either because I revived someone at a critical point or one of my teammate medics revived me when I was an Eng. or Soldier.
On the opposite side, I have a keybind that says "Kill the Medics first!' If you eliminate a good medic, the enemy rush can be snuffed rather quickly...if you let them live, you have all kinds of problems. In all honesty, I can't think of another class that influences the flow of the game more. Sure, you need that Eng. to win in many cases. BUT if you're forever spawning at the opposite end of the map, you waste an enormous amount of time just trying to get to where the dyno needs to be set.
One other key roles for Medics is letting them carry the obj. The obj. carrier is always the prime target and only the Med can heal himself as he runs. Any other class carries and it's a real pain in the butt to have to stay close to him so he doesn't die from all the shots he takes as he runs.
And all you Meds...when you run with the obj. in most cases let your team protect you and have those med paks out and ready to use. Either you are gonna need them or those around you will. Many times I have been dropping to myself at the last 10-20 ft. to the goal as all my mates were down and I was being shot by that last enemy.
1 play a lot as medic it is a tough job but 1 that needs to be done. 1 thing though you forgot is if a medic is going into battle to heal fallen team mate give him so cover fire. 1 thing I do when trying to revive someone while in battle is ran strafe jump do anything to have bullets miss then jump pull syringe out & as u fall land right on the dude 1 stab & back up. Then run away to safer spot to get him back to 100% :) :agreed:
