While watching an episode clip from Way of the Warrior I saw a BoP fire an aft disruptor cannon at the Defiant. I thought that the BoP only had 2 disruptors. Watch this and look out for when defiant breaks a BoPs engine and sents it out of control, the BoP in front of it fires aft weapons http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKJwIHcumvc&mode=related&search=
That's a nice clip..
On the disruptor i can only point out possible canon violation (like ST has any canon to speak of anymore), or a possible upgrade to your average vanilla Bop. It still doesnt make any sense as a Bop is more of a heavy fighter than anything else.. but whatever. :P
no no i dont think its a disruptor, probably an aft torpedo laucnher...
Nope definatly a disruptor as there is no torpedo like features to the blast, defiant wasnt hit that hard and where could u mount an aft torpedo launcher on a BoP
easily below that impulsedrive, where the tractor emitter is located. I shall give a pic.
The sound given was of a disruptor when the BoP fired

I think i may have missed it when it fired, but i did not see a BOP fire an aft Disruptor
http://www.ex-astris-scientia.org/scans/bop-diagrams.gif, mmh on the above behind those warp drive generators, where the impulse engine start i think its there...
Considering that Ex Astris Scientia doesnt allow hotlinking I dont think that image link will work.
-and it doesnt.
Anyway, It was definately a disruptor as torpedos and disruptors look very different, it is possible that whoever made that CGI scene wasnt thinking about "Cannon." What does it matter anyway, its not like they made a whole serries about a pre-federation aft Klingon disruptor *cough.*
"You better get that cough looked at Adimiral" *Laughs to himself*
