I would like some help with a commandline.

The thing is im trying to make some screenshots from the game and i dont want alot of crapy textmessage in them. What i first did was to "seta cg_teamChatTime "0"" .. now the teamchatlines wont come out and mess up the picture. But theres one more thing thats in the way. The messages in the top right corner that say stuff like .. x was blasted by y:s panzerfaust .. and stuff like that.

Does anyone know the line to set the time these messages are shown? , so i can make it "0" too.

/thanx

Im sorry but i think im gonna keep posting my quetions here on general. The thing is you cant get a good answer on the other pages. Here the answers are always direct and good.

Can add two more questions...

1.In multiplayer you can enter "Connection type" Is this just for fun or does it have a real reason? Pratical reason i mean.

And ..

2.If i put in a musikrecord in my cd-rom when i play the game i can listen to it. In controls i can edit the "music volyme and stuff.

Problem is it only loop the first song. Is there a commandline to toggle to the next song. Or just one that makes it go to continue to song nr2 after the first would be nice.

/thanx

I don't think the connection type in wolf has a practical reason besides lan & the rest 56k & on. However it does in et it changes your /rate cable users 25000 believe everyone else on dailup is 5000 could be wrong though.

This is the script I use to take screenshots:

bind / "set cg_teamChatHeight 0; cg_hudAlpha 0; cg_drawgun 0; cg_drawTeamOverlay 0; cg_drawStatus 0; cg_drawcompass 0; seta cg_noVoiceText 1 ; seta cg_lagometer 0 ; set cg_drawfps 0 ; set cg_drawCrosshair -1 ; clear; wait 5; screenshotJPEG; toggle cg_teamChatHeight; toggle cg_hudAlpha; toggle cg_drawgun; set cg_drawTeamOverlay 2; toggle cg_drawStatus; toggle cg_drawcompass; set cg_noVoiceText 0 ; toggle cg_lagometer ; toggle cg_drawfps ; toggle cg_drawCrosshair"

Not sure which setting effects the text your trying to clear, perhaps the noVoicetext?

I'm pretty sure the connection type in rtcw effects the rate, snaps and packets etc...

Not sure about music controls... I play cd's all the time when playing and it plays the whole cd, but i don't use any controls... I just let it play.:D
