Is there an easier way to edit key binds than from the console in the game? Is there a way to type them up on a text editor and/or edit a config file or something? It would be useful to back up certain binds this way, as well.

In your main folder as well as any mods you may have there should be a file called wolfconfig_mp. Open that up w/ wordpad & add your binds to the letter you want to bind... example.... /bind l say_team Warning: Objective Going Long

2 questions

can you just write in your binds anywhere in that file?

will this file also contain a list of all your previous binds?

You can write it somewhere in that file, altough you may want to consider putting it in autoexec.cfg or other (self made) .cfg file. just make shure you dont bind keys more than once, in the same file.
