I like both about equally but I find myself playing ET more.

meh.. I don't like the fact that it's online only. My purpose for playing games is waiting for something to finish either downloading, uploading or I just want to kill time.. all done playing offline.

Ahhh where to begin.... the game is good too good sometimes... (wife yells " aren't you bored of that stupid game yet?").. and quite frankly the answer is no... the game kicks... being Spec ops and calling artillery strikes outside the hut on Railgun is cool when you at LT level or higher... they spawn.. they think they have a chance.. they run outside and boom.... ok so it's spawn killing and not in the fair spirit of things... but come on it's war.. you don't hold you hand up and complain that you got blown up... Sea Battery sucks as allies if your team are noobs or just dumb.... fuel depot is my fav... few complaints about the game though.. no tank missions for the Axis.. why do the Allies always have the tanks... and what is the XP points for Colonel.... i've been Major sooooo many times i hit close to 1,000 xp points but still i'm a major... some sites claim that you can get to general and higher.... surely thats BS.... i like to play on Skynet's servers they normally have a good crowd.... t

Admiral8Q, (was it Q8 - sorry  ) Your synopsis of ET was exactly what I would say as well. I was really disappointed with the beta, and not that much more enthused about the official. Maps are like 'rip-offs' of MOH maps (Algiers, eg.), and the game play is choppy, flickering and unpredictable. But, I like the extra "things to do" (build bridges, support tanks, etc.), and haven't really dabbled deeply into the different classes. The sounds are still bad, as I am very aurally-inclined, and like the sounds of the gravel underfoot, but hate the "Yes!" of the Allies, as if he was asked if he wants a piece of chocolate cake. Just wanted to get my two cents in that I prolly won't devote much time to ET, instead wait for Call of Duty while I play my beloved 'nilla.

It's not actually- but you have to max out all special abilities (first-aid,signals,heavyweapons, etc) to get to the coveted rank of 3-star general (w00t).

youve only gotten major? im sorry, the stars are awesome- although, as i gazed in awe at my 3 stars i realized something. God, i need a life.
