OMG, I love this game, its so awesome. Well, I just played in a server for 3 hours. 12:20-3:45 in Happy Penguin MP Depot. WOW, what a war that was. Holds 64 people, hard as hell when each team is maxed out.
Well this is a post where you post your highest point total you got in a game of Wolf. Im just wondering what everyone has gotten. I am usually a medic, but often I turn into a chaingunner, or flame thrower if my team needs it. I usually run out of needles at a medic, all 10 of them are gone and I cant replace them! They should fix that in a new patch!
Well, I just got 441 points in a good 3 hours and 25 minute game. It was crazy. I came into the game like 4 minutes later but still good. http://www.geocities.com/wolfensteintriplea/wolfpoints090.JPG
Here is another one I had in the LikeWhoa server, last about 2 hour Depot stage. I came into this game when it was still 0:00 cause I was at a friends house playing it there, then went back to my house to play with him! HAHA! http://www.geocities.com/wolfensteintriplea/wolf090.JPG
I was thinking about joining a CLAN but I see allot of people hate clans.
Maybe some people reading this, you may of seen me around servers, maybe not. Or you name may be on the pictures above. Well its been fun, just wondering what other people have gotten in big games?
O ya, I go by the name Triple A. Give me an email if ya got a good sever or anything I'd play in!
Damn, thats alot of pts. I never even pay attn to that tho, I just play!! I think I had 98 one time, but I could be mistaken.
I've played at Happy Penquin before too. Very stressful. It runs until one team completes the objective. Medics can rack up some killer scores there running around reviving the dead.
I prefer shorter games, less stress, less painful on the eyes and hands. I am usually an eng. so my highest is probably 80 or 90. ====================================== I'd rather feel the rush of making it to the radio room with the docs in BEACH or ICE than get a high score! Boy that gets the andrenyline flowing!!!
Yea!! No kidding FM!! A shorter game is way better. At least if you get it under an hour!! 3 hours is too long to play. Man, if u join HP, you can get serious pts, but all for naught if you leave before the jig is up!! How many ppl come and go in 3 hrs??????????
ya im used to short games...like under an hour...omg that would suck major to play in depot for 3 and a half hrs. My pc errors with wolfmp hecka lot also so i barely play 3 hrs straight without rebooting :(. Also i played an hour or so on happy penguin 2, tank, and got like 70 or 80. I dont care about points i care about if we win or loose....if i got 500 pnts and we still lost i would say a game were i got 5 pnts and we won was better than the 500 and loosing...im tpf all the way so its just in me i guess :)
tpf= team play first or team player first
I agree KW. I'd rather have 0 pts and win than 5,000,000 points and lose. Ain't taking home a RTCW Chick for the most points....
also ppl only hate clans that have a**holes for members :)
I perfer the very short game. I love trenchtoast, where the game is usually under 10 mins. You have very little time to sneak past enemy lines and take the flags. Too bad there aren't any halfway decent Trenchtoast servers out there. ID is close, but I despise lives. Means you can't take risks
Best I have done is 251 in MarketGarden that lasted about 1 and 1/2 hours...did a 109 in a 20 min game of Destruction once...
I use my points to analyze my play...am I high because I revived alot of guys or did I pick up the docs alot? Am I low cause I have good teammates and am constantly throwing med pacs or was I too slow getting to them or too far behind to help? If my points are way higher than the rest of the team...why??
I couldn't agree more with all the comments about winning being the objective, not points, and the concept of team play. I get in to triple digits regularly in the long MarketGarden games but, if we lose its like "Well WTF...we lost" In my mind, the best part of the game is having a team of 6-8 guys working together toward the objective, getting it, and then all of us go to the radio room or protect the dyno or whatever...I usually leave a game when it is obvious that most of the players are just interested in points. The "lone warrior" can work at times but it still usually needs a deversion from the rest of the team for him/her to get through.
