I believe it's Frederick Chopin's Barcarolle in F#, Op.60.

The song she is playing at the beginning is Frederick Chopin's Barcarolle, F-sharp major, op.60. (don't ask me what that last part means lol)

op. means opus. It's latin meaning more at operate. You can almost look at it in this case as meaning "work number 60". This number is given to a piece of music that is part of a set and the number indicates the order that the particular piece was issued.

The song in the beggining is actually Nocturne No 19 Op 72 in E minor by Chopin. However I've been looking forever myself to find the other song Seven is playing in the middle of the episode on the holodeck. Please HELP!!
