blurb23at least in Endgame, we got some new technology to play around with... TatV didnt give us anything, although i do feel that if they gave it a two-part finale, it would have been much better

The new tech in "Endgame" is what made it suck so bad. Look at my Ub3r hull and my transphasic torpedoes. Lets go kill the borg with one ship. It was just technobabble with fancy FX.

I didn't mind Enterprise as a whole, even tho it was really bad, but the finale SUCKED! (this coming from a hardcore Trekky too). First off, after Terra Prime, there was an emotional ending between T'Pol and Trip, and how they could have a child. But "Oh, no" at the first sign of character development they have to come back and kill it in the next episode  Even the small character development with Travis and intelligence chick was soon obliterated.

They kind of ruined any suspense or plot device in the episode by saying 'oh, by the way, he's gonna die' at the beginning, that was horrible. The only good thing about that part was his last words to the people who had a really fast warp 2 ship . . . .

Archer never made his speech, T'Pol didn't even watch, Malcom and Travis sat on their asses, Hoshi just decided to leave and go home, Phlox . . . kind of stood in the back doing something with his face.

The only redeemable part was seeing Riker and Troi; relics of a once great Trek Universe, but you just don't end a series by airing an episode you've already seen :vikki:

that's true, but even that's greater than what they gave us in Enterprise. the only good part of the finale i like was seeing the very nicely done CGI Galaxy. IMO, the most emotional scene in Terra Prime was when T'Pol was talking to Elizabeth. "I am your mother", and stuff like that. it was touching, and amusing at the same time.

FN_lewrbm69 ok we get on mars an overtake the station but in the end the kid dies and earth is saved o good good store save the world. the fallow up ep was not a real enterprise ep but a TNG but grate insite but i would like to know more about the TNG ep dose he tell him about the cloak fedship project? dame leave me haning dame dame.

Yeah, that the one when Ricker finds his clone on the pegasus. Due to some sort of atmospheric interference. Anyways, the ship never was destroyed of course, simply stayed cloaked and eventually wore off in the middle of an astroid. Some didn't like how they chose Troy as his "Co-Guest" on the finale of EP. But she was an important part of that TGN episode for seeing the relationship between the two that was previously there, and hoe it was still strong in his clone. In the end he tells Picard about the whole thing. They use the device to escape the astroid because it could also pass though solid objects...(this pissed me off, like no freaking way) after the Romulans trap them in the astroid. The Romulans exscuse was that they had no clue of the fact the Enterprise was in there and where doing "experiments". His Admiral was promptly arrested and then come the executive producer credit and view of the Enterprise floating through space. I thought it was very good, missing the famous speech :(.

uh . . . lol, I think you got your episodes confused, Riker found his clone on Nervala IV which was a planet that the Potempkin visited, not the Pegasus. That had no dealings in this episode at all . . . .

God! How could you make such a mistake! What's wrong with you  nah, just kidding. I guess that they chose Troi to be his "co-star" because he was having trouble deciding wether to tell the Captain or not, so logically he would go to the counselor

Exactly what i was going to say. I liked Enterprise, at times i was really enthralled by it, but the finale was bad. :barf: I didn't see the first half of the finale but i doubt it would've made a difference. The whole "woo, let's jump ahead 6 years!" confused me, and the actual episode was like one of those space-filler episodes where barely any action happens and its boring as hell. I mean, they could have made it good by having Enterprise and maybe a small fleet of earth vessels in a battle against some romulans, or maybe just an actual shot of Enterprise firing a phaser.:uhm: In my opinion, the best part of it was when we were able to see the Enterprise-D going through some Asteroids. Thanks alot Star-trek, you let me down. Now, i wonder what will happen to this forum, since Enterprise is over, and the Star wars forum when there are no more Star Wars?sad%20%28frown%29.gif

We'll find a way to keep it alive. It's the best one on GF :D Anybody else notice the VFX error with the E-D? When she was at warp, the star streaks weren't even streaks! They were just normal stars! But, the stars looked real nice. They had a wonderful 3-D effect to them, because they were at varying depths. And the crew did a great job with the E-D. Utterly beautiful. So did anyone else TiVo it?
