So, for those of you that do not know what "The Lost Era" is, it is the time period between the decommission of the Enterprise-A (The Undiscovered Country), right through too TNG (The Next Generation) and the Enterprise-D. So, in that time, we know a short bit about the loss of Kirk, and that the Enterprise-B had one hell of a maiden voyage. Out of Dock, into a cloud, and bang, half the ship falls off :p We also know that there were tensions between the Klingons and Federation, at least up until Nevedra III, at which we lost the Enterprise-C to Romulans. Up until that time, and again after, the Romulans had no contact with any Federation Ship, thus, they weren't involved in the Lost Era. Now for some ships? The Constellation Class must have been built some time in there, along possibly with some of the kit bashed vessels we saw in BoBW (even though I choose to dis-regard them) - As far as I am concerned, they are all (apart from maybe the New Orleans) ugly. So, my question(s) are what do you think happened (if anything exciting) within that missing time? And what do you know of. On the other hand, what would you have liked to happen? Or, say they did a series on it, what would you like to see?
Hmm how interesting. I never really thought about this to be honnest. If they did a serries I would like to know more about how Starfleet became the idealistic group of heros, instead of the impulsive and individual officers of before.
I have read the book "2311 Serpents among the ruins" I was very impressed with that book, It even goes into detail on the Tomed incident which is not known about too well.
next ill be reading (I forget the title) the one about Capt Sulu aboard the Excelsior.
