voyager could out-manoeuvre the enterprise amy day. add to that voyager's experiences with fighting a superior enemy, and in addition to that an experience with the use of unorthodox tactics. the enterprise may be a stronger ship, but voyager has a clear tactical advantage. back to the academy with you, mr gizard.

Voyager also seems to be indestructable. You can clearly see that in Year of Hell. :p

I did some tests way back in BC with different Defiant, Enterprise, and Voyager combinations. Pretty much came out 50/50 each time except with the Defiant, it usually just got slaughtered.

Isnt the Defiant supposed to be a really strong escort ship? (I dont know much about Star Trek, but I think I read that somewhere)

'Dreadnought[DK']voyager could out-manoeuvre the enterprise amy day.
Don't forget the Galaxy class "saucer-separation tactical maneuvers". I doubt Voyager could out maneuver the Saucer... (forgot about that did you?).
add to that voyager's experiences with fighting a superior enemy,

The most superior enemy is still the borg (unless I missed something). The Enterprise has had more run ins with the borg than Voyager. In fact Captain Jean Luc Picard has just about the same knowledge as Seven of nine, as he too was part of the collective.

So there goes your more maneuvering and superior enemy knowledge. Now both are equal and rely on ship power. The Galaxy being a "Battle Cruiser" wins.

I teach at the academy mr Hostle. You should attend my class. Oh, we will also meet in a holodeck via STO and we will play out this battle! ;-)

Based on the crews, Id say the enterprise would win.

 the saucer-separation was used as a diversion to the borg. you don't get two seperate and powerful starships capable of advanced tactical manoeuvres.

The most superior enemy is still the borg (unless I missed something).

uh-huh

The Enterprise has had more run ins with the borg than Voyager.

:Puzzled:

In fact Captain Jean Luc Picard has just about the same knowledge as Seven of nine, as he too was part of the collective.

so?

So there goes your more maneuvering and superior enemy knowledge.

hardly...

Now both are equal and rely on ship power. The Galaxy being a "Battle Cruiser" wins.

see above (and go back to basic shuttlecraft tactics where you belong)

Siding with Mr. Data (Dread on this). In relation to The Borg, Voyager has far more experience. In a stand up straight fight, Enterprize would carry the battle, but you should never under estimate a woman, and certainly not Janeway.
