I voted Voyager. It's a VERY close race, though. I've not seen too many episodes of DS9, only enough to get the basic plot. Almost went TNG, but I'm a bit more of an action guy, and Voyager had better character development, in my opinion.

DS9 tended to focus more on an aspect of space exploration that the other series kind of failed to do so, not so much by a flaw on the part of those episodes, but rather some of the limitations of having a story confined to a single ship. If meeting and and continuous interaction with a vast diversity of other intelligent life is indeed to be a part of space exploration, then a space station is the perfect place to show it. Especially a space station that is a major hub for trade and deep space missions. This is because you constantly have people of all races coming and going, selling and buying, and some even make their homes there. You don't have that kind of flexibility on a ship.

Enterprise SUCKS. Whoever has the tapes of that show, should throw them into the sun, to never be seen again.

DS9, Definitely. In addition to the depth in the storyline and epic dialogue, the battles were merely icing on what was already a great cake. Out of all the captains in the Star trek franchise, Sisko was the one I learnt the most from.

...Voyager comes a close second, and TNG third.

STAR TREK VOYAGER

without a doubt. It stayed true to the morrals and definition of Star Trek...

DS9 and Enterprise obliterated what we thought was TREK

Voyager TNG TOS DS9

and unfortunantly Enterprise doesn't even register as remotely STAR TREK

Bah. I can't believe DS9 is winning and TNG is third.

Killer Kyle;3867106Bah. I can't believe DS9 is winning and TNG is third.

I think Ds9 is so well liked cause it added a sense of realism that TNG never really had. You get to see the not so nice side of the galaxy, that not everything is as hunky dorey as TNG makes it look.
