Has anyone reinstalled (or has continued to play over the years) Starcraft? I just reinstalled it along with BroodWar. I have to admit, for a game that was released in 1998 it's still a bad ass RTS. As fans of Blizzard and Starcraft though, we knew that, right? ;)
Anyway if anyone is interested we should look into getting together for some MP games! Warm up for SC2.

Yeah, I'll have to agree on that, Sc1 still kicks ass. But I mean, everyone has to move on sometime, right?

I installed it when I had to write the story overview; but I have since changed computers, so I no longer have it installed. But ever since I got it a few years back, it's been reinstalled several times.

Yes I also reinstall it at times. I prefer it much more to w3. Though the terrible proportions still gnaw at me at times.

I haven't played the game since DOW came out except for one lan party. Im going back to it soon. SC was the best rts ever, i just hope SC2 wil stand to its reputation.

All the CS players out there means a lot of people never move on. Unless SC2 can be played on as many PCs as the original SC did and plays as easily, SC will not die any time soon considering its huge and continuous fan base.
SC2 looks scalable to the point where it might be able to run on PCs that are up to four years old. SC2 may be the only game that could kill SC
