I too have this same problem and tried cutting and pasting, this doesn't work. Do I have to include the dashes? Secondly J Kelly did you buy the Deluxe Edition, ie the one with them both in?

I've got the same problem as well. After hunting the internet for answers (found a few keys that did work!!!) This was the only thread that I found. Sooo, I e-mailed EA on the 26th dec. Why should I use dodgy keys found on the net when I have a proper brought and pay for copy.

EA claim they will respond in 1 working day, but with all the holidays at the mo it might not be untill the 5th or 6th Jan. As soon as the reply I will post it.

Hi all! Could you please check what type of serial number you got with your Deluxe edition? My friend had the same problem, and it turns out that his serial was like this: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx where x stand for a letter or a number: The game needs a serial like this: xxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxx where x stands for a number. We tried it with a serial from an unnamed website , and it works perfectly. I think EA messed this up pretty bad.

I have edited Kornspitz post to NOT contain a link to an unsavoury website.

I understand you guys are new, but please follow the rules. If you had been here for abit longer you may have been banned.

Use private messaging and emails to tell each other about these links, if you are unhappy about the service that EA is giving you. YOU CANNOT POST THOSE SORT OF LINKS ON THIS FORUM

Welcome to gaming forums.
