 HOLY SH*T  , you don't have to post your entire system specs and files it opens and all, next time just give your CPU speed, video card and amount of RAM, thats enough, and if u enabled 3d shadows, I recommend to turn them off right now, cuz that's the thing that needs 75 % (just a guess) of ur CPU and GPU, just turn off everything and set the resolution to 800 x 600, if it runs good then, turn on some other graphics to make it look better, and if it's running choppy again... well u know what to do

ATT;Shojo: Short n sweet,,? replace video card.upgrade cpu/mobo,[most semperons will run circles around almost any celery cpu] and,,if you can upgrade your ram to 500mg,, Me's limit.. I am f'rinstance presently running an ASUS A7V880 [VIA] mobo.and I have to say that it is the fastest mobo for a 32 bit cpu that I have ever ran,and that is with winxp.. Hope this helps/gets the juices flowing,in any event enjoy. SnipeU ps.As for your upgrades how much can you afford/have in disposable $$.$$ my present video is a gforce 5900xt 128x256 from msi.for example.. Remember what Omar Kathham said " You are -today what yesterday you were. tomorrow -you shall not - be the less...

I find that RAM is the most important part if you want to keep the gameplay smooth. Certainly it'll run more quickly if you have a faster CPU, but I like more memory. What price range are you looking in to upgrade?
