My suggestion is a potential typo in your m3d, or in one of your texture filenames, or you missed copying one of the texture files possibly the spec.

restart the hex process. it only takes like 2 minutes and if it works, then it is worth it.

Yea, acid and muldrf are most likely right. Looks like a typo if it's not the material name.

Start a fresh new m3d copy, and do the search for "spec." Where ever you find it, you will find an associated texture name just prior (no spec or bump), and the bump right after. Those groups of three should be the only Constitution references you should rename.
