If your talking the file to enable the Map editor that's just an empty text file.

Slightly edited pull from List of Tools to Mod Legacy - STLegacyFiles.com The text there isn't quite accurate, you only need 1 file and you DON'T need the 1.1 patch.

Where do I get the Map Editor?: - How to Unlock the Map Editor To unlock the Map Editor. You need to create 1 file in your Legacy root folder, called "unsupportedextension_mapedit". It needs to be empty files so create an empty text file and get rid of the .txt extension from their filename. Then edit the properties of your Legacy desktop shortcut by right clicking on it and selecting properties. Add to the end of the Target line; "/edit myfirstmap.sol"

Without the quotation marks.

Change "myfirstmap" for the name of your new map and start up the map editor by clicking on the desktop icon you just edited.

The other option would be to just reinstall UU1.0 the full file but if all your missing is that file it's easier to recreate it.

If your talking about something else... well that's another story.

Also I highly recommend getting UU2.0 as well as it's far superior in about every area over the 1.0. And yes it is a 3 gb total download. It's also NOT an upgrade to 1.0 so you do have to start over with a Fresh install.
