Hey I was just wondering if this ship I made is high-poly enough for legacy here are some pics: f_starship012m_520c429.jpgf_starship011m_bb7b735.jpgf_starship013m_7a339b1.jpg If its good enough I would be happy to hear from anyone who wants to texture or hard-point it.:)

Yea, that looks good. Are you going to texture it yourself?

No, I was thinking I could get someone to do it for me. What I really want to know is if the model needs any more work because it wouldn't be to hard for me to make it more detailed.

Maybe the saucer should be less thick and more dataileds (more segments)

I will make the saucer thinner but what do you mean by "more segments"?

make it higher poly...at the moment it looks like you got 20 or 16 segments for the whole saucer section you should try to get up to 32 or 36 and it will look way better.

do you mean curve the rounded top of the saucer into the flat part of the saucer? If so I really like the look of it the way it already is. I will try to make the saucer more detailed in other ways. Should I make the sensor pod less boxy? ya the saucer needs work, I started with making the saucer but by the time I reached the nacelles my skill level had increased 5-fold.

He means the rim of the saucer. It needs to be a lot smoother and less blocky looking.

Does anyone want to volunteer to texture and hard-point it when it's finished?
