I betting some of you are wondering why I'm making a 2.0 of this ship. Well in my honest opinion I felt it was a little underpowered when facing against an enemy like the Borg.

As a member of Team Exxperince, i've been sworn into secrecy not to share what the upgrades to version 2.0, except it'll be a pure odf re-scripting....so yes...files will be overwritten. I'll keep ya'll posted. if no one hears from me, i've probably gotten drunk, gone crazy from working on mods...my very long list of mods...or but not excluding making newbie's cry like the little baby's they are when i defeat them in my F-32 and F-18.

Hmm... I did think that it was underpowered. It got blown up before inflicting the amount of damage I thought it would. A 2.0 would be cool but make the textures a little less dark.

Soulfwolf is supposed to be dark. But if persuaded I could do a lightning job on them for Version 2 and TeamExxperience can release it as a variant with the 2.0

acid: to answer your question from the comment section:

im probably gonna end up messing around with the textures for the stock weapons files and creating new ones. or just doing some scripting, depending what i can do with them. good news however, the soulwolf can now last longer in a fight against the borg...but like i said, it probably depends on what end up doing in the long run.

IKS: Now that i think about it, it might as well be nice to have a lighting job for the textures won't be a bad idea. just remember im not changing any of the file names unless it's the stock weapon files.

back to acid: i'll get the weapon files as balanced (not god like) as possible, yep strong and advanced enough for a ship for the Enterprise-G :)

i think it'd be nice to have soulwolf variant. i'd prefer using different filenames so we dont overwrite the original. Its risk free and it'll mean no one who likes the darker hull will moan. XD

yeah...well so far i've made progress and i have to say...the testing is going well so far. im still messing around with the weapons to make them slightly remotely, futuristic cannon as possible. *yawns* well give me a few days and i'll show ya guys a screenshot with the weapons i have so far. and i hoping, if he is still doing the textures, IKS will get me the textures by the end of the week or so.

theres no pressure on anybody. no deadlines either. IKS will roll on his own road and do them when he's ready. :)
