Since I'll send my Prometheus 3.1/4.0 (depends on how much will be changed) I want to ask you what I should improve or change!
- The lenght has been changed!
- Barihawk said I should make it weaker, should I?
- only fwd quantums and rear photons?
- other ideas?
For those how might say: "This mod has no speculars and bumpmaps..." :rolleyes: Speculars have been added and if s.o. knows, how to I create bumpmaps or where is a tutorial?
Gdata, ask yourself this. Is the Prometheus a BATTLESHIP or a BATTLECRUSIER. A battleship will be slow-moving but have many weapons similar to how you have the Prometheus now weapon-wise. Essentially, the Prometheus will be a Borg killer. A battlecruiser will be faster and more maneuverable while sacrificing the heavy muscle with most battleships.
I want to ask what you want!

Remember, the Prometheus was designed to fight the BORG!!! I wouldn't make it a god-ship though; takes the fun outta the game. What I would suggest is that you have TWO phasers on all arcs, even aft. And put quantums on forward, but leave the back on the regular red photons. Also, keep the physics level on SOVEREIGN class to keep things balanced. Well, that's my input.
You should not forget that the Prometheus is a very fast ship (Warp 9.99 or so)
yeah it's quite like a stronger intrepid...so i would use the intrepids physics ^_^

Do you think you can add registry's and name's on the hull of the ship? Like when the ship isn't prometheus that there is an other name+registry on the hull.
