Hi i'm new here btw. I need help with a simple mod i am making. The goal of it is for the T3 Missle sub to shoot a nuke projectile that cannot be shot down. So I coppied TIFMissleNuke02 and changed the following... Name of the files to 03 instead of 02 changed the health and maxhealth to 500 in the script i changed TIFMissileNuke02 to TIFMissileNuke03 and TypeClass = TIFMissileNuke02 to TypeClass = TIFMissileNuke03 then i changed the strat sub to ProjectileId = '/projectiles/TIFMissileCruise03/TIFMissileCruise03_proj.bp', It only works if i put TIFMissleNuke03 inside the original projectiles folder, if i put it in /projectiles/ it doesnt work. I also tried changing ProjectileId = '/mods/projectiles/TIFMissileCruise03/TIFMissileCruise03_proj.bp', and that didnt work I ALSO tried putting projectiles in /hook/projectiles/ When i select the modded Strat Sub it says for nukes (1/0) and if i launch it goes to (0/0) and nothing happens. :confused: Any help would be good. I have made other mods of units that all worked fine but for some reason the game cannot find TIFMissileCruise03 unless i put it in the real game folder. In a nutshell, how do i make a new projectile from a mod.

Your post was from 6 days ago, but did you find a solution for your problem or do you need a helping hand? I´ve done more than enough of projectile modding.

Did you try to paste it in the folderstructure "/mods/YourMod/projectiles/YourChangedWeaponFolder/" ?
