Hi, I'm new to the wonderful world of modding! And I need some help, when you are modding SWBF how do you change a characters skins? Like adding more colors on a Stormtrooper. And how do change a characters name? Like instead of saying "Dark Trooper" It says "Hazard Trooper". Please help! :saber: :feedback:

Calm down. What you are asking is VERY hard to do. Making/skinning a new character is a very fine art that only very few people can master. I, for one, cannot mod, let ALONE do what you are asking.

Well, thank you for answering, I know it is hard. I just want to know how. Do you know anything about renaming units? If you don't still thanks for answering. Like 80+ people have viewed this.

Oh, and I don't mean skinning a NEW character, just editing an old ones. Id on't know how to open their mesh files and edit them.

A program called XSI is used to make objects to put into bf1 maps, but i dont know how to use that program (its very complicated and takes a lot of time to learn) Go here> http://www.gametoast.com/modules.php?name=CmodsDownload&req=viewsdownload&sid=4&orderby=dateD

to find a few tutorials on modding Battlefront. May the force be with you.
