1) BF2_Modtools is not the program used to make anything, it's a special version of SWBF2 that lets you get an error output. It's what you use to test a map when something's buggy. 2) You use ZeroEditor to create maps and VisualMunge to munge them. Reading the basic tutorials that come with the modtools will tell you this (as would reading some of the tutorials on Gametoast). 3) You can fix the bink32.dll error by copying the BF2_Modtools into your Gamedata folder and running it from there when you need it (for debugging). 4) Read a lot of the tutorials and documentation, they'll answer almost any question you could have (and probably every basic question). Gametoast has a number of these sorted for easy access in their "Everything you need" thread: Gametoast.com • View topic - The FAQ / Everything You Need Thread Version 2.0
thx mav, i guess i was just 2 hyped 2 actually making a mod, that i didnt even think 2 read the tutorials:rolleyes: anyway, everyone b syked, this is gonna b a killer map:)
When you've fixed that problem could you make a Qui-Gon mod or Lando Calarrisian mod ?
