Hey i know ive been posting alot this will the last one for a while:).Any ways i was just wondering if anyone could tell me if it is possible to play as th ewk(i dont know what5 that stands for i, i know im dumb) but any ways i was just thinking do you just copy th folder into the sides folder and add all the other .bat and stuff and then just add the names into the .LUA?....If that made any sense and someone can help me with this that would be AWSOME!:)=p

Ok... Well, the ewk is the folder for the ewoks (duh:rolleyes:). You can play as them on Endor: Hunt. As for how to play as them, It depends on what you're doing. If you want that to be one of your sides (ewoks verses imperials, for example), then you'll have to copy the whole folder into your sides folder. Before I screw this up, look at this tutorial over at Gametoast: It eplains how to load a new side folder. Just ignore the "skinning" title; it's necessary for much side editing. Now, once you've followed that tutorial to the letter, you'll need to set up the side in your lua. I'm not sure about this, but you have to replace much of the lua with new info. I'll look it up someday; for now, just know that that would be harder. The other, easier option just involves copying the contents of the ewk folder into the contents of another folder (the folder of the team that you want to add ewoks to). First, copy that team's folder over to your sides folder using the tutorial mentioned above. Then, copy the contents of the ewk folder into their respective folders (the files in the ewk msh folder go to the other side's msh folder, for example.) Now, once you do all of this (and it MUST be done right), you can go into your lua and add the unit that you want to add. You'll have to load it in there correctly though; let me see what I can do... ok, let's say that the side you're adding the ewok to is the republic. You pull up the c_con.lua file, and you see a part like this: ReadDataFile("dc:SIDE\\rep.lvl", "rep_inf_ep3_rifleman", "rep_inf_ep3_rocketeer", "rep_inf_ep3_engineer", "rep_inf_ep3_sniper", "rep_inf_ep3_officer", "rep_inf_ep3_jettrooper", "rep_hover_fightertank", "rep_hero_anakin", "rep_hover_barcspeeder", "rep_walk_atte", "rep_hover_utat") Your's will look different, because I've added things to mine) Now, you'll want to add the name of the .odf file (in this case, ewk_inf_trooper) to the part above so it looks like: ReadDataFile("dc:SIDE\\rep.lvl", "rep_inf_ep3_rifleman", "rep_inf_ep3_rocketeer", "rep_inf_ep3_engineer", "rep_inf_ep3_sniper", "rep_inf_ep3_officer", "rep_inf_ep3_jettrooper", "ewk_inf_trooper", "rep_hover_fightertank", "rep_hero_anakin", "rep_hover_barcspeeder", "rep_walk_atte", "rep_hover_utat") Then, scrolling down to here: SetupTeams{ rep = { team = REP, units = 100, reinforcements = 1000, soldier = { "rep_inf_ep3_rifleman",50, 200}, assault = { "rep_inf_ep3_rocketeer",10, 100}, engineer = { "rep_inf_ep3_engineer",10, 50}, sniper = { "rep_inf_ep3_sniper",10, 50}, officer = {"rep_inf_ep3_officer",5, 30}, special = { "rep_inf_ep3_jettrooper",5, 20}, You'll want to change one of those names to the ewk file; for example: SetupTeams{ rep = { team = REP, units = 100, reinforcements = 1000, soldier = { "ewk_inf_trooper",50, 200}, assault = { "rep_inf_ep3_rocketeer",10, 100}, engineer = { "rep_inf_ep3_engineer",10, 50}, sniper = { "rep_inf_ep3_sniper",10, 50}, officer = {"rep_inf_ep3_officer",5, 30}, special = { "rep_inf_ep3_jettrooper",5, 20}, Then, munge the rep side, and you should have ewoks in your map! Do not add all of the other things in the top of your lua that I have; that is for my map and you just don't need it (at least, not yet). Oh, and I have the reinforcement counts set uberhigh (literally). Once again, not necessary to get the ewok into your map. And, if your wondering, the .lua files can be opened with notepad (just making sure, many don't know how to open a stupid lua file). And the side folders are located in assets: sides. It might not work the first time, so post back to tell me how it goes! Good luck, -Superm9

That's ok, I don't mind. Anyways, just follow the above steps that I stated, just for the GAM folder; then do just what you said, adding the gammorean guard to your map. You're catching on pretty quick, nice job! Hope it helps, Superm9 Oh, and don't forget to load it in the top part (you should add it twice to your lua file; once to the very top and once to the middle)

Well, errors can happen. I'm glad that you got the ep2 troopers working, just don't forget to change back the rifleman. Good luck! Superm9
