Besides XSI does anybody know of A different (FREE program) that will do the same or close to the same thing that you can do in XSI cause i wanna start to make buildings and objects....I got Milkshape 3d...but then later learend that you have to PAY for it, just to extract the things you made!(pretty stupid eh?) any ways if someone knows of a another program that you can make objects and FREE please post the names.:D:D thanks.

AND yes I know what im doing Just before someone says thats its "advanced" and I should stick with just mapping.......but if you still know please plaese tell me......And what I said above wasent suppose to be mean by the way:D:D:D:D:D

You can get a free version of XSI called XSI|ModTool. Just type that into google, and click on the first link. Unfortunately, you can't export to msh, so try to find a friend to do that for you.

K thanks for the help I also found some too (free) that are small files(good for my crappy internet...thats why I couldent get the XSI:(:() But some others are:

Miilkshape 3d----->(u have to buy to export stuff though..) Wings 3d or 3d wings cant remember.------------>free!:D

YUP!, it can soo far what I know It dosent support it (well it says) but all you have to do is click all file types and then name it lalalla.MSH and you have a MSH.!!!!!

I have made a simple box soo far, just for a starter , but for some reason when ever i go into zero editor it will be in my ODF and The MSH and TGA will be in my MSH folder but when I go to paste it or place or...whatever you wanna call it, ZE just crashes....I'm gonna look into that tonight..........or unless someone can help me.:)

Ya I wrote that in my above post lol:D.....I have no clue whats going on but I learened that the visual munge for some reason isent munging the file

Box_obj_1.msh <----Thats the name of the box I made.

But its munging everything else:S

Heres My Stuff For people Who might Ask ODF. [GameObjectClass] ClassLabel = "prop" GeometryName = "test_obj_box_1.msh"

[Properties] GeometryName = "test_box" FoleyFXGroup = "metal_foley"

MSH TGA. "test_obj_box_1.msh" "test_box".tga

I pretty sure im doing it right all im doind is going into Wings 3D and making a box/cube, and saving it as the above

"test_obj_box_1.msh"

except for the visual munge will not munge the .MSH , it only does the .ODF And yes I have the TGA and The MSH in the MSH folder and the ODF in the ODF folder.:D:D...................Please help if you can:D
