How do you convert models from Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy to swbf2? I knbow its's possible becuase it's been done in the SWBF1 Coversion pack and it's source files. I use one, Neomarz's Assajj Ventruss

You could possibly try asking the person who is doing it.

You'd have to find some way to convert the format of a JK3 model to the format used for SWBF2. After that, you'd probably have to decrease the size of the JK3 model (that's why the JK3 graphics are so good... the models are huge) or increase it, so that it's in proportion to the other SWBF2 models. I hope you find out, because I've been thinking about a lot of maps that could use a rodian or a weequa.

Offtopic: oh! That just gave me a great idea. You know how there's only like two sides on a map and then there might be some neutral... well, if you could convert the JK3 models, you could make them be like props (like Jaba) and they'd be like the locals of a city, you know? There's a ton of JK3 models, not just in the game, but that have been created that would make great locals in a city. It is most important that we find out how to convert the models!

I did it awhile ago but it would take awhile to explain but to import the JK3 models you could use the Milkshape trial and for exporting it to .msh you can use the XSI 5.11 trial.
