I'm not really interested in making my own map, I don't think I'd be too good at it. The only thing I want to change are the character classes. For example, I downloaded this map called "Theed Hanger" my favorite part about it are the B1 Battle Droid Classes.

The name for CIS in the SIDE folder is b1d.lvl unfortunately I have no Idea how to replace that with the CIS.lvl file in the primary DATA folder without screwing up the game. Could someone help? Please?

Use the modtools and create a side called CIS. All the stock sides are in assets folders all ready. All you have to do is munge the side and replace the cis.lvl files, make sure to back it up thought. You should also read the tutorials just above this topic.

Thanks. But could you be more specific please? I did read over your tutorials on how to mod. But I couldn't figure out how to take a file that was from a mod and use it for global classes.

✓1. Make sure to back it up CIS.LVL

2.Use the modtools and create a side called CIS. (A new CIS folder?)

3.All the stock sides are in assets folders all ready. (I found the CIS.LVL file in the assets folder made a copy)

4.All you have to do is munge the side (Do you mean the b1d.lvl file? How do I munge a specific file?)
