I bought this game in the square case for 10 bucks at Wal Mart. Tonight I finally download the mod tools and what happens? IT WON'T LET ME USE THEM! It keeps saying "Insert CD 1" and well, there is only one disk in the jewel case and it won't work. :bawl: Is there ANY WAY around this?

Is your game patched? If not, start there.

If it's the CD that's the problem, you'll have to buy a new copy or return it and get a replacement.

That's not the problem. I bought the Jewel Case for the game so it only has one disc, not two like the original version was. Is there any way around this, or am I Mod Toolless?

If you're using the DVD version (which is the one with 1 disc instead of 4 discs), then the BF2_Modtools.exe that you download with the tools doesn't work with it. This shouldn't be a huge issue, though, since that program isn't the actual mod tools, despite its name. Zeroeditor and everything else (including visualmunge) should work fine with the DVD version. Read "Getting Started.doc" and look around on Gametoast for other helpful documentation.
