I can't get my mod map to show up on swbf2!

I run visual munge 1st then edit my lvl to how I see fit, then I ran visual munge from _BUILD and selected only common and from the drop down menu I selected my world. The result: A small list of files, (no folders) and When I look in the other mod levels I downloaded off of filefront they have folders and actually work, While mine don't.

!steps will be in red! !Locations in Dark blue! !Notes=cyan! !credits=Green! @ hikick8 Your problem seems to be a simple one. from what you said it seems you edited the level before you ran visual munge in the build folder so. 1.) Run regular visual munge. You should know where this is already located because you said you have ran it before, but it can be found by: Going to start, all programs, lucas arts, star wars battlferont 2, mod tools, and there it is! 2.) Go to your data file "data_ABC" enter the BUILD folder and run the visual munge seen there: C:\BF2_ModTools\data_ABC\_BUILD Leave everything the same such as World=ABC Side=Nothing and the little common box should be checked. 3.) Now that you have run this second visual munge your world will appear on the battlferont 2 instant action list. 4.) Now you may edit your world using zero editor Note: it is advised that no other programs be running when running visual munge thank you! Note2: To apply changes to your map run the second visual munge again but still leave all the options the same. I made a new map in data _BUILD and munged it then I went to data_EAN and select munge the way you said. The Go Run Starwars window opened so I did and went to Instant Action, and looked for EAN% thinggy. But IT WASN'T THERE!!?? I don't know why but it may be due to this 1 error I got when I munged it. it said 1 error returned luan or something. It still munged, but I don't know if that effects it or not. Please help me out here. I'm confused.

Hi HiKick8, I had the same problem as you and then I discovered I had 2 addons folders. One in GameData and another in the SWBF2 root. So what you want to do is go to GameData\addons and see if there is a folder with your 3 letter maps name. If not look in the SWBF2 root and see if there is a addons folder. Hope I helped, :) -iRock96-

Don't beat your self up....I'm a major noob when it come to modding. So you don't have a addons folder in the SWBF2 root. Because I believe visual munge creates one there and saves compiled maps there.

Yes thats were your addons folder should be. I guess visual munge is saving somewhere else. This is really wierd. Will update if I think of anything.

I can set the directory. And I've deleted my old addon folder so I can have vis munge make me a new one but it didn't. By default its set to Starwars Battlefront 2/Game Data
