i downloaded the Conversion Pack v2.0 for BF2 and now i can't even play BF2 because every time i try to play it i get an error report saying "Battlefront2.exe has encountered an error and needs to close." what should i do? delete the mod that took over an hour to download?

Is your game patched to version 1.1? Did you follow installation instructions to the letter?

The Conversion Pack doesn't do anything to your original game files that could make what you described happen. I suggest you reinstall your game - make sure it works by itself (in version 1.1) - and then install the Conversion Pack and its 2.2 patch.
