I have several problems that I could use some help with...

1) I've added Warb_Null's Bloodstar and Pirate Speeder to my game but their icons do not show up. I can still build the units, but their boxes appear as blank, white boxes with the production price at the bottom.

2) Several GC maps are kind of messed up. The platforms on the Bespin and Kamino maps have jagged edges instead of smooth, round edges. Any idea why this is or how to fix it?

In map editor, there are soft textures and hard textures, you can switch them back and forth. Perhaps you changed this in Map Editor. For the icons, you need to include them with a tga editor or whatever it'd called.

I actually don't even have a map editor so there's really no chance that I accidentally messed up the maps in that way. It's not that big of an issue, it's just slightly annoying.

As for the missing icons... call me ignorant, but what exactly do you mean by "including them with an MTD Editor?" I have an MTD Editor but I'm not exactly sure how to use it. Would someone mind giving me a quick step by step procedure on how to "include" these icons? As always thanks for all of the help!

1st problem, I figured that wasn't the case, though that's one way to cause it. I have no idea what the problem. Images, please?

2nd problem, I've been putting off learning this myself, to be honest, but it's time I learned, so I'll watch and learn here, I guess.

Open the MTD Editor Go to the texture folder of where you want to place the icons (ie in vanilla FoC go to data/art/textues - if it's a mod, go to mod/(mod name)/data/art/textures) Open MT_commandbar This will now have a list of all textues Find 'MT_commandbar' again and double-click on it Click on 'insert files' Navigate to wherever the icon that you want to add is Click on file, click ok (or add or whatever it is) Save Done :)

Or PrintScreen/SysRq and then cut the edges off afterwards.
