So the title says it all. I want to make (2) hardpoints that give the ship heavy armor, and if destroyed, the ship must lose armor. It can be done by this:It's posible to decrese or increse the health of unit B when unit A enters the area, that is in unit A's code. So that might be posible to do with hardpoints. Point is, I don't know how to do that. Please help me with this. Anyway, have a nice day, Geroenimo

Just make a hardpoint that doesn't really have any function unlike a weapon or engine, and give it A LOT of health. like a shield generator that doesn't produce a shield

or a laser that doesn't shoot for that matter... ACTUALLY there is a dummy hardpoint for this task specifically.

you can also armor existing hardpoints by making a second dummy hardpoint with only health and a name on the same attachment bone. (MUST APPEAR AFTER THE ORIGINAL HARDPOINT IN BOTH THE HARDPOINT LIST AND THE HARDPOINT DATA FILE!)
