I read all of the tutorials on modding but not a single one (that i read) says how to put the mod into the game, so i can use it. I know it's a noob question but it's boring creating mods and not using them. It's a simple xml change btw. -null commando-

create a folder called xml in the data folder (either gamedata/data or gamedata/mods/data depending on how you want to install it) and put the mod xmls in it, for textures like icons and stuff put them in data/art/terxtures folder, models go in data/art/models. there are more so I suggest you get the meg extractor if you dont already have it, when you extract files with it they will be in the correct folder setup (except for mods or gamedata folder.) http://www.petro-gamers.com/downloads/eaw/utils/ I reached 100 posts on new years day! :dropsjaw:

Or, you download the Petroglyph Mod Launcher add a Mods folder, put the mod in a folder inside the mods folder, start the Mod Launcher click it and Launch it, thats much easier.

*hehehe, 1,300 posts :P*
