Dont worry, 2.3 will be out soon, there will be a few units missing but from what I've heard so far you guys didnt like those ships too much anyways so, to compensate I will add a couple new ones. Hopefully your not playing for just "new ships" since this is more of a gameplay mod, and as such 2.3 is a big jump in improvements to the game play...the zann consortium almost breaks the gameplay without being modded... 1500 to remove corruption is way, way , way too much... so, just one of the many changes from 1.4. as for the "lawerese" im just trying to get the mod back up like it was since 2.2 was basically the final version. 2.3 will have a couple new ships that are basically "fanon" like a Pellaeon II for the empire...hope that helps.
I have a ship sugjestion!! Maybe you could add the planet Hapes, and add Battle Dragons and Nova-class ships for that planet. :O Maybe make some yuuzhan vong. X3

I am looking forward to the release. Also, have you ever thought of adding even more planets? Or maybe new conquest maps? (I'm not sure if that's easy or not; haven't tried the map editor yet...)
Anyway, I love your mod beyond limits, and am looking forward to whatever you'll include in 2.3 (I'm currently stuck with 1.4 =P)
mobbmann I've been following ur mods since maybe version 3 of the AEM. downloaded every last update and kept lookin for updates on when new ones were coming out. every version has been better than the last.

I've been able to recreate that and thats when it happens, or if you mod the files too heavily while playing. if you want to wait for 2.3 it's going to be a few days (out of commission) due to some personal issues, but like I said I finally got some help with the mod so some of the more monotonous tasks are currently being done by him, since he doesnt have photoshop I'll be doing the rest and actually doing the xml entries required. ashgear, right now I'm focused on getting the origanal mod uploaded again how it was, and plug ins one again for the new version... after that I'll check the posts and make new plug ins as by popular demand... if you want a plug in maybe start a vote between three or four different ones... the only reason why I preffer to do the plug ins myself is because I know what files and gameplay factors will be affected, if you want to make your own and upload them for the mod feel free to do so with my advance permission but all I ask is that you make it so it works with all existing plug ins... if it doesnt just a make a list in the read of ones it does work with and ones it doesnt work with... so people dont screw up their modded game...so far I made the 50 unit cap mod in space plug in, droids for all factions plugin, and laser plug in... i chose those three because over the course of time thats what most of you wanted the option of changing... I'll try to have acm 2.3 up by Monday... tuesday at the latest...pls be patient.. thank you, mobbmann
Thanks mobbmann but the save file was one I started with the mod, what I did have was a bunch of save files (I save pretty often) so I cleared out that backlog, and went back to a non glitched save but when I was fending off another invasion and called for reinforcements (a Titan Destroyer) I couldn't control it in battle or the fighters it spawned. Thanks for the help though and keep up the good work.
thanks jin, still working on a couple of models... worst case scenario right now looks like 2 maybe 3 ships being taken out of the mod, one being the trade frigate, the other the dominator interdictor and Geonosian cruiser. It wasnt as bad as I thought at first which ships used the shader since there are models and model packs out there that replaced all of them... just keeping you guys posted.

Absolutely love your mods and appreciate the hard work that I am sure you put into this. I don't think i would be as addicted to EAW as I am if it were not for your mods.
I do have a problem however that seems to plague your mods, and perhaps you may have a solution I am unaware of. It may be my system for all I know.
Regardless of whether or not the Mod is AEM or FOC, (I usually play Galactic Conquest) after conquering about half of the planets in your Absolute or Total Conquest in AEM or FOC Empire/Rebellion - I can suddenly no longer move units from one system to another, or in space battles can no longer select a unit to give it instructions (even though the audio confirms my clicking on the unit). I can play the original game maps like Equal Footing without running into this problem. But when I play the maps that have 69 planets - I run into this problem - which is a shame because I just love the challenge of so large a galaxy to conquer!
I have the EAW Gold Pack, running on XP on a core 2 Duo processor. Your mods work beautifully until I conquer about half of the 69 planets. Then it begins to lock up and I cannot select units on some systems, while I can on others, but as the game progresses it spreads to where I cannot select any units anywhere. It does not matter what faction I play.
I have de-installed all mods and the Gold Pack and re-installed both the original Gold pack and just your FOC 2.2 mod, and I just encountered this same problem today.
Any ideas? Have you heard of this problem before?
