Hi As the title say, I want to add two torpedo launcher at the sides of the Victory Star Destroyer. I read some tutorials, and tried some XML modifications, but nothing worked, my Victory was exactly the same. Is there a tutorial I didn't find, or can someone explain me how to do that ?

I could probably make it so it has at least one torpedo launcher, though I can't guarantee it'll be targetable/destroyable.

Then you have to edit model with 3Ds Max and add bones. If you don't know how to do that... well, I suggest asking some modeler (Warb_Null is the only who isn't busy with any project) or waiting for CiS v6 - it's going to have Victory with additional hardpoints :)

You can also use different model, there are some VSDs out.

No, it does have some bones there that can have hardpoints added onto them. They can also be put on the same bone as the Turbolasers, if you set them to Un-Targetable.

Wha..? Stock VSD with no modifications has more bones than used? Where?

Is it for regular EaW ? I don't have FoC (yet). It's funny, I wanted to add the torpedo in CiS ^^ And, what are exactly these "bones" ? Places to put hardpoints ?

You can put a non-targettable hard point almost anywhere on a unit (such as setting "root" as the fire points), it's just it may not fire the direction you want, but if you want it to fire this weapon all directions, this idea works perfectly.
