Part of this question is in another post of mine but i think this belongs in here anyway...
Does anyone know where the .ALA files are defined in the game.......like they are related to the .ALO model yes but surely they need to be attached to an event somewhere...i'm hoping its in one of the xml files.
This is related to my question of Obi-Wans animations for deflecting laser shots but in the game he simply stands and the bullets bounce off him. The anims are there but don't seem to be attached to an event or something...
Any ideas from you Pro modders and model makers out there?
.ala animations are extension files referenced in the .alo file(for a lack of a better explaination.) They are created with 3ds max 6, or 8, and exported with the model.
Yep ok that's cool..... so the event types are static for the alo model type? ie theres an event you can tie to it for redirecting blaster fire? or is that a reference somwhere in the code of the game..... like i mean where are all of these animations fired from for different events..
