Big ships spawn at same position -1 reply

So i got a problem with my mod: when i'm entering a battle in GC and take the executor(my code not the original foc one), eclipse and sovereign with me, these 3 ships spawn at the same positions, means they just overlap. I thought changing space layer to supercapital would fix that but no success:(

lol i had a Super Star Mandator Before xD

Might be something with the maps on how there made, im juts guessing though

Try making each one on a different Z Layer, I used to know how to fix this but it's been some time since i coded.

It seems that we have similar problem. My fighters in fighters squadron are spawned in exactly same manner, regardless of diffrent values..

I'll be watching this thread ;)

His problem is actually quite different Keraunos281, he means that when he attacks a planet in GC that his ships which are different overlap, your problem is that the same units in a squadron overlap, I think his problem has something to do with a position marker in the maps, what I mean is that perhaps the maps use position markers to place one of those ships and that the ships are all recognized as belonging to that position marker for some reason.

Probably the problem is a map too smaller with a small start zone.

Change the z layer address can help but it is not the problem, I use always the same to all SSD and I do not see this problems but my space maps are bigger.

maybe theres a problem with the spawn point, edit it with a map editor
