Okay, so far, so good. But I have a question. Some of the mods I'm using and modding (for my own personal use. . . not planning on ripping anyone off) add new units. Sometimes, they add so many that some units get pushed off the ends of the build tabs. Other mods don't have this problem. So, how do I make things move from, say, the top space row to the bottom space row? I thought changing from 1 to 2 would do that, but it doesn't seem to.

You're at the right line, but if I recall correctly, the rows are 0 and 1, not 1 and 2.

So, 1 would be the top tab, 0 the bottom? I'll give that a try, thank you.

Yeah, that worked. Thanks.

Thats pretty much it and I have a similar question, which is how do u do it so that the units are at a certain part of the tab? ex. List units: Stormtroopers, scout bikes, and so on an so on. If i happened to confuse you, all im asking is how do u put the icon where u want?

That's taken from the unit's order in the file, and the file's order in GameObjectfiles.xml. If you want infantry before vehicles, put that first in GOF.xml, and vice versa. If you want a specific unit first, put it at the top of the file that's highest in GOF.xml.

Another, related question. The unit icons on the build tab, where do you find those? I've found the place in the XML file where it tells you what file to use, but I can't find the files themselves.

That's not corredt. You should download the MTD Editor. The one above is for text editing. The MTD editor is on the same site btw.

Its relatively simple garcia when you know how its done, You might have a build bar that goes something like this for example,

Victory Cruiser, Imperial Star Destroyer, Broadside etc.

If you wanted to move the ISD in front of the Victory, you would need to open up GameObjectFiles.xml in the directory and move the file containing the ISD (Spaceunitscapital.xml in vanilla) above the file containing the Victory (Spaceunitsfrigates.xml) in the list. Although they are put in different groups, it is all in one big list. So if I put a file right at the top, It would be in front of EVERYTHING you could possibly build including heroes like Darth Vader and even space stations.

Hope that clears it up for you, If not I can go into further detail.
