OK, so I was testing out my own mod, which has the Rebels controling ~6 planets, the Empire controlling ~7 planets, the ZC controlling 2 planets, Hutts controlling ~6, "Corporate Sector Authority" controlling 1 (rather heavily fortified) planet, Pirates (Black Sun) controlling 2, "Smugglers" controlling 2, and Hostile controlling one.
One of the Rebel planets is "Void Station" which acts about the same as Bothawui, except the map and base levels are different. Anyway. So I capture the planet using only Mara Jade (bypassing the Rebel fleet with stealth). When it goes back to galactic mode, Mara isn't on Void Station anymore (not sure where she went), and though the enemy barracks are gone, there's still a squad of rebel troops there. Fortunately, I had "Lumiya" close by, and had her bypass the fleet and auto-resolve won the fight. Mara then appeared on the ground of the planet next to Lumiya. I click to build Turbolaser towers and the game crashes. I reload, re-auto-resolve with Lumiya, but it crashes again. This time, I was thinking that maybe, because it reveals a large area of space like Bothawui, it was revealing a 'crashing' planet or something, since it crashed both times I zoomed out/stayed zoomed out. Anyway, I load it again, intending to find out which planets' "revealance" is causing the crash when I notice that Lumiya is on Void Station, and I now have completed Turbolaser towers. I also notice that I now own another planet that was left under the control of "Smugglers" (Nar Shaddaa) that had a decent fleet and ground force protecting it, while nothing is built on the planet, I have an Acclamator in orbit around it somehow now. I also noticed that Mara is stationed on the one Hostile planet, which I now own. The hostile planet was "Ganath", and had a "Ganath_Barracks" structure on it to begin with (but now has an Imperial barracks structure on it).
What the heck happened???
Oh, and I now own the one CSA planet (with a large ground force I didn't build that is different from the one the CSA had there) and also a formerly-Rebel planet nearby as well, which also has previously non-existant units on it. Also, my units on Kamino are gone, though my barracks are still there... >_>
Oh, and the Acclamator above Nar Shaddaa isn't mine after all, it's actually the CSA's...
Also, at the beginning, the Rebellion had a huge fleet I didn't give them to begin with, but when this occured, they switched back to having even less than what I originally set them as. Oh, and for some reason, I now have Darth Vader even though I didn't 'build' him yet... >_>
dude that is very confusing to read lol u seem to have alot of things just appereing and disapering out of nowere go under the xmls for the starting forces and see if changing anything there can help
I think I'm just going to remove Void Station altogether (or redo it from scratch). Too many weird things happen around it.

Most likely, but I think there's a problem with Void Station itself as well... This isn't the first time I've had problems with this map (it's actually one of the first I made, though, so yeah...).
make a backup of it before u delete it if taking it out of the game does not help
