The space cap was easy but this...this is a bit more confusing.

<Land_Skirmish_Unit_Cap_By_Player_Count>0,10, 1,10, 8,5,Land_Skirmish_Unit_Cap_By_Player_Count>

Which number is the starting cap and which is the number for the population added per reinforcement point?

you can find the code for the reinforcement points in the markers.xml. there you have to change xx

Oh ok thanks. EDIT: Ok its not the reinforcement points its the planets thats the problem but I figured it out.

Space cap is now 50 and planet cap is now 25 but I still get the stock cap when I am doin a land battle.

and why all the different numbers?

the numbers correspond to the number of players, as the number of players increases, the number of supportable units decreases, and so on.

For some odd reason Corellia wants to be different. The additional population capacity is set to 25 just like all others but I only get 2 as the starting pop cap. Umm...what?

yea i tried to explian it to a n00b once, but he didn't get it, it's pretty easy once you get it, but hard to explain.
