Okay. So firstly I would be mighty interested where you got this from and have you actually tried to look at the model yourself. Secondly, the model itself is a standard 3dmax model of around 729kbs. This leads me to believe that the model is relatively high (around 15,000 polys) so your looking at the distinct possibility of high lag in game. Secondly the model has zero textures which means that someones going to have to look for organic style textures, then texture it, then rig and convert it. Finally, if your publically re-releasing it it wouldn't be a good idea to just go and use someone elses model without at least asking them first.

In all honesty I really can't see anyone taking this on as your not providing much in the way of materials to work with and its a little unfair on ANY modeller to have to go hunting for texture assets or rebuilding models when they are probably working on something of their own.

Oh and one tip. If your getting other models of the net, don't just grab the first 3d max model you can find. Autodesk .3ds is the standard format and makes it much easier for people to load (not everyone has max 7 or above which is what this model uses).
