I know this is asking for ALOT, but maybe a modeler?
I haven't actually played the mod so you may already have some of these. Having said that here's some ideas...
Ground Unit ideas for the corporate sector: T1-B Tank, AAT Tank, Ground Armored Tank, Seraph-class urban landspeeder (Naboo Flash Speeder), Variable Altitude Assault Transport/enforcement.
*My thoughts are that the Corporate Sector Authority are more along the lines of a security militia than a powerful galaxywide force, as is the Empire and Rebel Alliance. As such, I would think they'd have lighter, repulsorlift vehicles and small- to medium-sized tanks instead of large assault vehicles and heavy artillery. Hutt Hero ideas: Jabba the Hutt, Boorka the Hutt, Bib Fortuna, Zuckuss and 4-LOM
CIS Remnant ideas: Gizor Dellso, Garen Muln (Jedi), Bomo Greenbark

Also I have a question. How tough is the AI on the Corporate mod? Is it pretty tough?

i think so, but its to old, besides its for V3 not the next and final release
I've just played version 3 and so far it's a good mod, but i have some annotations: - i have only played the Corporate Sector yet and it's completely unbalanced. Only the starting planets produce already an income of more than 100000 credits, so there is no need to conquer more -> challenge is gone! - the AI is completely inative, no attacks in the galactic view, no actions in the battles. Units just stay and do nothing (they start to fire when my units come into range) - the Pod Walker does NOT need any popcap, so you can build as many as you want General suggestion: - more ground buildings and units for the Corporate Sector-> simply more variety!^^
