ok, I could not understand what you are saying very well. But! I am going to guess you cant find the maps you make in the game? Follow these to play your maps: 1: Make the map 2: Save it in your C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Empire at War\GameData\Data\custommaps 3: Go into your game and play it. ( look in custom maps ) NOW! if the maps you are downloading do work, this is how you do it: 1: Download the map 2: Save the map in C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Empire at War\GameData\Data\custommaps 3: Go into your game and play it. ( look in custom maps ) Finally if your maps not working that you made, you might want to look at these: Make sure player markers are in ( little flags ) -for each player Make sure your swamp markings in ( little flags ) -for each player Make sure you put the right kinda of space station in ( the skrimish type) Make sure everything belongs to the right faction.

for those that dont know exactly how to install maps, here are the steps:

steps to find Custom Maps folder-

1. Go to My Computer and open it 2. Open Local Disk ( C: ) 3. Open Program Files 4. Open LucasArts 5. Open Star Wars Empire at War 6. Open Game Data 7. Open Data

Your Custom Maps folder should be in there. If there is no Custom Maps folder in there, create one that says "Custom Maps" (without those quotes and it must be capitolized like that). Now whenever you download a map, save it in that folder. When the download is complete, go into that folder and extract the map from the .zip/.rar file it is in into the Custom Maps folder. Then play EaW.

When you play EaW, go to skirmish and instead of choosing from official maps; click the button that says custom maps, then choose your map and play.
