Just curious but is anyone making or planning to make an EAW or FOC editor that can edit things like ships, weapons etc, something aking to TIBed for the Command and Conquer series, would be kind of nice to have a program to do this stuff with instead of sifting through all the data values manually.. (Id do it but I dont know anything about making programs)

I doubt it, it would take all the fun away from modding.:)

Yes indeed it would. Although it'd also take out the pain of debugging when you make a typo ;)

Actually I think it makes modding more fun, because instead of having to sift through stuff to find this and that, it makes it easier to do things at the push of a button, I can get much more creative with C and C using Tibed then I can this way. Then again I was never that good at this stuff.

I was being sarcastic when I said it would take all the fun away. I would use it if one was made.

It'd take the skill out of modding so every single noob would claim they could mod. *shudders*

It would make things on the big mods go faster and easier as well.

Yeah, but i prefer fraudulent n00bs to have to sweat it out to make bogus claims. Why make it easier for them? lol it's only barely difficult as it is...
