Anyone annoyed how poor cap ship firepower/armor is? I, as one who likes to things explode, have decided to make a mod that makes all hardpoints untargetable, and each one is attached to a fire point or hardpoint bone. I am also adding projectiles w/ increased damage to deal w/ the high hp... The cap ship IC does about 900,000 dmg, and the respective Turbolasers do 90,000 dmg. Anyways, I could use a little bit of help, I'm using released models for a DN, a Droid control Ship, a Droid Frigate, and the CIS cap ship for new units. I always test as I go w/ this, balancing as needed. I'm not much of a modder, but I am a fast learner... Where was I? Oh, yea. Sorry. If anyone could help me, that would be great. Adding Ion Cannons to all units exept for fighters, increasing bomber HP, and changing hardpoints/stats from baseline to reflect the different qualities of the units. And, just so you know, I am making all weapons fire constantly by making changes to these lines: 0.2 to 0.0 3.0 4.0 to 0.2 0.2 Kind of like the Krayt Destroyer's main guns, for the timing. If anyone would like to help, let me know.

i was planning on making a mod like this, i guess you beat me too the punch, anyways to get ship to fire constantly, change this line *** to like 73142936t4614 that should work, or you could use a larger number, this is just how long the wait is between fire pulses, whhich would make it shoot very very fast 0.2 to 0.0

Yep, the recharge time makes sure of that.
