I have downloaded the extractor and unzipped it, it just will not work. When I go to open it is says "program failed to initialize properly..." I have downloaded it from multiple sites, downloaded the latest winzip, turned off virus scan, etc. NOTHING. Any ideas? Help, please? Billy :bawl:

Hi willcmjr, Welcome To The Forums!

Do you have the Interop.WMPLib.dll in the same folder as the extractor?

Okay then, do you have NetFramework 2.0 installed on your computer? because you need it to be able to run the extractor.

Okay, done all that other stuff. My xmls are in directory gamedata/xml folder and none of my changes are affected in the game. Everything remains the same. Is there some other place that my files need to be, or do I need to recompress them back into the config.meg file? I don't get it
