Hey guys It's me Kelathin. Due to their no mods being in the community, I'm going to start a project designed for the community. It'll be an extra small mod to FoC. I'm hoping I can recruit some of the locals here to make a small mod to FoC. My other goal is to help others learn how to code so that they'll be more mods. This will be mostly xml based and Especially NO WARLORDS! People may be wondering why I'm not going to use Warlords. Warlords are the bane of the community. They have destroyed the community due to the impatient jerks and have done a great job in causing a shortage of modders. Everyone is like oh give us public models, instead of learning the skills for themselves. There are new mods teams coming out but there are no availible modders to help them because of the petty squabbling that cause other sources of modders to shun away from the community and too many availible units so that mod teams never have a chance to get started. Public units are bad, but public knowledge is best thing possible. Therefore I wish to have the mod progress documented on how we experience modders do things so beginners could mimic the process and learn for themselves by playing with the values.
Some things this mod I hope achieves
Empire Mara Jade Availible in GC Eclipse with superlaser availble on Kuat Return Vader to a tie fighter and leave executor buildable on it's own Give at-at anti infantry lasers
Rebels Kyle Katarn availible in GC X-wing ground fighters Mc80a (Home one model) Recuitable wookies
Zann B1 battledroid from KoF buildable at droid works B2 Battledroid from KoF buildable at droid works Durga the hutt to reduce prices

Wasn't Tyber an enemy of the Hutts? Or was it just Jabba he didn't like, haven't played the campaign yet, can't be arsed to really. Too busy modding the factions to be a bit more balanced instead. I've aleady done most of the things on that list either in FoC or base EaW. Also, aside from the AT-AT having anti-infantry blasters, the AT-ST should have a grenade launcher.
Even if we have our...differences in point of view, this is agreeable on. I'll help. (any chance of KoF Droideka? Its different from the FoC one, should be weaker)

Sounds cool but to add on to a good idea how about some balanace and maybe some rescale?
I got a question Kelathin: you plan to add only units you have listed, or will you accept a code for unit you dont listed that someone will send you?
I kind of disagree with the Warlord idea. Some people just can't afford 3ds Max. So do you want them to be modelless?

Well hate to tell you Gorbeh, you need 3ds max to export into .alo. You can model in any program as long as you can convert it to importable format for 3ds Max 8. to They would be modelless anyhow if there weren't people with 3ds Max. Most people with 3ds max, know how to model anyhow. I don't wish for people to not have models, I wish for them to have proper skills.
