Fate of the Galaxy. The newanem of the 237th at war mod, We changed the name because the name does not fit with what the mod is. I made this new thread because of the name change and this thread will only post updates every week. The mod: The mod takes place in the erea between episode 5 and 6. Like the game already is. i started the mod to change the gameplay, and i will on some ways. The mod will be like a expansion (like foc, new units planets, options, abilitys, story campaign, all other stuff). more info of items of the mod The 237th at war. - Page 2 - Everything EaW post 13. Staff: currently our staff is Cody (EEAW), Com_Bly, (FF,EEAW), SSDCommander (FF), Xanofar (FF). (alfabetic order) First Update. 12-03-09 (D-M-Y)---------------------------------------- We are working on the new maps and planets and units at the moment. Soon I will post a planetlist and unitslist (if it is compleeted). I will soon post some nice looking screenshots because i have a new Video card (Happy). ----------------------------------------------------------------------- If there are any suggestion of planets that arent in any other mods and you want to see in a mod please leave a comment. Units suggestions are welcome too. Did i forget any info ?? i dont think.:beer:

Other updates: Several new planets will be included, with never-before-seen-and-actually-pretty-good-(space and land)-maps!! Including a number from Rogue Squadron (hooray!).

Oh, and, of course, because I'm part of it, the Pyn'gani will be restored to their full glory as penguins! :D

update 2 I have the compleeted planet list here : Fest Raxus Prime done Trandosha done Alaris Prime done Mygeeto done Eclipse Garos IIII Rattatak Hapes Bastion Rhen Var Nar Shaddaa Csilla Ison Corridor Yoga Minor Rodia Mechis III Garqi Duros Endor Gate (black hole) Roche Asteroids (Asteroids) Dragonflower Nebula (nebula field) Nyarikan Nebula (Nebula field) Cowl Crucible (Nebula field) Cron Drift (Asteroid field) Callos Rinn Lego there will be no more changes in it. At the moment cody are working on some new abilitys (hopefully it will succes) for the eneginer units these abilitys are repair friendly units and sneak in enemy units. bit info about this units: very fast shooter (turret effect but but slower and less dammedg). we are still mapping and thats a lot of work to make new maps for all planets thats why i request 1 more advance mapper please if you are one email to: [EMAIL="sandernator@hotmail.com"]sandernator@hotmail.com[/EMAIL].

Update 3: Hey, I have some news here about new hero's and units in the mod. This is not the compleeted list of hero's and the units either but to let ya all know. (all these hero's are from: new imperial units a mod for foc) New imperial Hero's : 1. Moff Jerjerrod: A new moff in the game, it has a transport but I will jump in the best ship you have in your fleet. When this hero is in orbit over Endor (only Endor) you are able to build the Death Star, it give some combat bonus in space either. Able to remove corruption. (tech 3) 2. Captain Xamuel Lennox: Captain of the Imperial star destoyer Tryant. gives some combat bonus. (tech3) 3. Captain Lorth Needa: Captain of the Imperial star destroyer Avenger. Gives some combat bonus (tech3) New Rebel hero's : 1. Lando Calrissian: Can bride enemy's has galactic stealth and can smuggel credits. (tech3) 2. Bail organa: The last of the 3 who created the rebelion. can remove corruption and has galactic stealth. Its transported in a CR90 ( Corellian Corvette). (tech1) 3. General Jan Dondonna: Able to remove corruption and Has the ability in space combat to find weak spots on enemy ships, = all ships will do double dammedg to enemy's. he can see enemy fleets in systems nearby. (tech4) New Underworld hero's : 1. Jodo Kast: A bounty hunter with a mandalorian armor (light bleu and yellow). Can spy at enemy systems and useable for ground combat. Can netralize enemy heros. Also these new units are in the mod at the moment: Rebels: 1. Corellian Dragon interceptor. very strong fight/bomber tech 4 Empire: 1. Imperial plex soldiers. Stormtroopers with rocketlaunchers. 2. imperial Grenadiers. Stormtroopers with Grenade launchers. Consurtium: 1. Bloodstar Battleship: stron battleship with large amount of fighters/bombers Darktroopers pash II have diffrent skins for diffrent terrains hope ya all like this Bly.

Personally I would love to see a good Cato Neimoidia map. One with the strange Dr. Seuss looking bridge-cities as seen in Episode 3. I'm sure it would be a difficult map to reproduce but that would be really sweet. Cato Neimoidia - Wookieepedia, the Star Wars Wiki

Another good one would be Malachor V from Knights of the Old Republic II. Jagged mountain peaks, deadly acid pools, debris and wrecks. An accurate space map would be impressive too. Malachor V - Wookieepedia, the Star Wars Wiki

My last suggestion would be a space map of Peragus II, also seen in Knights of the Old Republic II. This is the planet with the exposed core surrounded by gas-filled asteroids. In my opinion this could be a ground only planet since the only land operations there are underground mining. Peragus II - Wookieepedia, the Star Wars Wiki

Each of these maps would be challenging to create but I'm sure they would be a hit in the gaming community. Hopefully this is the kind of advice you were looking for!

Uh... Malachor V & Peragus II *both* get destroyed long before the Galactic Civil War... I might be interested in making a Cato Nemodia map even if it isn't used. Do you have any better pictures of it?

I'd love to make it, but I can't seem to find any really decent pictures of it other than the two on Wookieepedia, anyone else got some? Heck, I'll settle for key description phrases to help out too.
